Job Title : Kitchen Captain

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Mengawasi dan memimpin kinerja operasional seluruh tim dapur

  2. Memastikan seluruh staf menjalankan SOP secara disiplin.

  3. Menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi area dapur/outlet.

  4. Memastikan serving time (waktu penyajian) terpenuhi dalam rentang 5-10 menit.

  5. Mengelola administrasi dapur berupa Stock Opname (excell skill wajib), penjadwalan (scheduling), pengelolaan petty cash, dan pemesanan barang (order).

Kualifikasi & Pengetahuan

  1. Memiliki kepemimpinan yang tegas untuk overseeing tim.

  2. Mahir dalam administrasi dapur dan manajemen stok.

  3. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk mengejar target serving time.
