About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Villa Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our luxury villa portfolio in Bali.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a hospitality mindset focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily villa operations (Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Service)
Ensure property standards meet luxury hospitality benchmarks
Conduct pre-arrival inspections and quality assurance checks
Handle guest relations, special requests, and complaints professionally
Coordinate scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring
Control operational expenses and inventory management
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports to management
Maintain strong communication with owners and management team

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role within hotel, resort, or luxury villa environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent or conversational English required
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
High attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Based in Bali
