Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Design and build RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Implement robust backend logic aligned with business requirements
- Integrate internal and external systems
- Write, optimize, and maintain database queries
- Ensure data validation, transaction handling, and error management
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product)
- Maintain high code quality through Git workflows and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js
- Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar
- Solid understanding of REST API design and backend architecture
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB
- Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and debugging independently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Redis (caching) and WebSocket (real-time apps)
- Experience with Prisma ORM
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or cloud environments
- Background in enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, workflow systems)
