Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and implement Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs across the organization.
Monitor and ensure the effective and consistent implementation of SHE risk management by proactively coordinating with Section Heads and Department Heads at the Head Office, Plant, and Site.
Conduct the Safety Accountability Analysis Program to strengthen the organization's safety culture.
Review and evaluate SHE risk management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
Coordinate the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, guidelines, and procedures for employees at the Head Office, Plant, and Site.
Develop and maintain plant-specific SHE procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable SHE regulations, management systems, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a SHE-related position. Experience as a SHE Section Head is preferred.
Strong knowledge of AK3U (General Occupational Safety Expert Certification).
Creative, innovative, and capable of developing strategic SHE initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Willing to work outside normal working hours when required.
Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A and SIM C).
Quick learner with a strong willingness to develop new knowledge and skills.
Holding additional SHE-related certifications such as AK3U, First Aid (P3K), SMKP, SMK3, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Familiar with CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System), HSE Plan, PJA (Job Safety Analysis/Pre-Job Analysis), and WIP (Work Instruction Procedure).
Good understanding of the following management systems and standards:
ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
SMK3 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
SMKP (Mining Safety Management System, if applicable)
