Position Overview


The HR Performance & Rewards Specialist is responsible for managing the Company's performance evaluation, rewards and recognition, incentive administration, disciplinary processes, and performance analytics for Hosts and Team Leaders. This role ensures that all performance management processes are fair, consistent, transparent, and aligned with the Company's policies and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Performance Management

Objective:

Manage and continuously improve the Company's performance evaluation system for Hosts and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly performance evaluation process for all Hosts and Team Leaders.
  • Calculate performance scores accurately based on approved KPIs and evaluation criteria.
  • Review and validate all supporting performance data before finalizing evaluation results.
  • Coordinate performance calibration sessions with the Operations team to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date employee performance records.
  • Identify high-performing employees as well as employees requiring performance improvement.
  • Continuously improve the Company's performance evaluation framework and processes.


2. Rewards & Incentive Administration

Objective:

Ensure all incentive and reward programs are administered accurately, fairly, and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and administer the Responsibility Bonus.
  • Calculate and administer the Gold Medal Bonus.
  • Calculate and administer the Team Bonus.
  • Calculate performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
  • Verify employees' eligibility for bonuses based on attendance, KPI achievement, and Company policies.
  • Cross-check all bonus calculations with the Operations team.
  • Prepare monthly incentive and bonus reports.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.


3. Employee Discipline & Sanctions Management

Objective:

Ensure Company disciplinary policies are implemented consistently and fairly.

Responsibilities

  • Review reported employee violations and disciplinary cases.
  • Investigate incidents and validate supporting documentation.
  • Prepare warning letters and disciplinary notices.
  • Maintain accurate employee disciplinary records.
  • Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on Company policies.
  • Monitor repeated violations and recommend escalation where necessary.
  • Prepare monthly disciplinary reports and analysis.


4. Performance Analytics

Objective:

Provide management with meaningful performance insights to support operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track Host KPI performance.
  • Monitor and track Team Leader KPI performance.
  • Track attendance, punctuality, productivity, and compliance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze performance trends across individuals and teams.
  • Provide recommendations to improve employee performance and operational effectiveness.


5. Policy Administration & Compliance

Objective:

Ensure all performance management and reward systems are implemented in accordance with Company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent application of performance evaluation standards across all departments.
  • Maintain and update performance management SOPs and policies.
  • Recommend improvements to KPIs, evaluation criteria, and reward mechanisms.
  • Audit performance evaluations and bonus calculations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the communication and implementation of performance-related policies.


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations team to validate performance data and evaluation results.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding performance evaluations and employee feedback.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payroll and bonus processing.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in annual performance reviews, talent assessments, and organizational performance initiatives.
