Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead brand management initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and customer trust.
Oversee the planning and execution of advertising, digital marketing, media relations, public relations, events, and content marketing.
Drive customer engagement and lead generation campaigns to support sales and distribution channels.
Manage corporate communications, including internal communications and executive messaging.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Digital, Customer Experience, and Agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Ensure all marketing communications comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Communications team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and marketing functions.
Experience in Life & Health Insurance, financial services, banking, or fintech industries is preferred.
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and customer engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Experience managing agencies, media partners, and marketing budgets.
