Responsible
for providing excellent customer support and administrative assistance
to clients and the Sales Department. Handles customer inquiries,
quotations, order follow-ups, and ensures smooth coordination between
clients and internal departments.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4 or 5-year course preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related courses.
- Pleasing personality & has a positive outlook in life.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Organized, systematic, and flexible in work.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision.
- With good computational and analytical skills.
- Patient, attentive, and people-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Attends to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone, viber, email, and walk-in clients.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments regarding customer orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and follow up customer orders and transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records and files.
- Provide timely updates and assistance to clients.
- Assist in handling after-sales concerns and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer transactions.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in administrative tasks.
