OVER-ALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Oversee and manage overall branch operations, staff performance, customer service, sales growth, financial management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring efficient processes, strong client relationships, and effective coordination with the head office to achieve organizational goals.
FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
· Implement company procedures and maintain operational standards.
· Oversee inventory, supplies, and facility management where applicable.
· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
· Recruit, train, and manage branch staff.
· Delegate responsibilities and monitor individuals andNteam performance.
· Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
· Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and coaching.
· Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
· Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
· Develop strong relationship with key clients and local partners.
· Set branch sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
· Identify growth opportunities within the local market.
· Promote company products or services to existing and prospective customers.
· Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
· Approve financial transactions and ensure proper recordkeeping.
· Analyze branch financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to head office.
· Ensure branch operations comply with legal and regulatory standards.
· Participate in internal and external audits and implements any recommendations.
· Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are collected.
· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status, repayments and
renewals.
· Ensure all applications and customer records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
· Assist in verifying client details and assessing eligibility based on basic credit
checks or pre-screening criteria.
· Other task related to the operations create great teamwork.
