Job Description
- Handle visa applications and employment-related documentation for foreign employees
- Coordinate with immigration offices and relevant government authorities
- Manage employee employment contracts and related documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee BPJS registration and PPh 21 tax documentation
- Procure office supplies and operational necessities
- Maintain and organize company documents and administrative records
- Perform various general administrative and HRGA-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HRGA, General Affairs, Human Resources, or a related administrative role
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks accurately
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office applications
- Experience in the heavy equipment, machinery, or construction industry is an advantage
