Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Property Acquisition.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willing to travel across Bali.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Source and qualify potential villa owners and properties.
Conduct owner outreach, meetings, and property site visits.
Present BaliSuperHost's services and negotiate preliminary terms.
Manage and update the acquisition pipeline and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support property onboarding.
Build relationships with owners, agents, and local networks to generate referrals.
Achieve monthly property acquisition targets.
