Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute business development strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and secure potential locations for new store openings through market research and feasibility analysis.
Conduct site visits, demographic studies, and competitor analysis to assess business potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, property developers, and other business partners.
Lead lease negotiations and coordinate administrative processes related to rental agreements and business partnerships.
Manage the end-to-end new store opening process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide effective solutions to support business objectives.
Prepare business proposals, expansion reports, and presentations for management.
Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Expansion, Leasing, or Retail Development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in the F&B, Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of site acquisition, market analysis, lease negotiation, and store expansion processes.
Proven experience in negotiating with landlords, mall management, and property developers.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel for business trips as required.
