  • Minimal berpengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Crewing Staff

  • Memahami regulasi STCW, MLC, dan K3L

Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Perekrutan & seleksi kandidat crew kapal

  2. Penjadwalan interview & briefing kandidat crew kapal

  3. Pengelolaan dokumen & sertifikasi kandidat crew kapal

  4. Monitor kandidat crew kapal sampai dengan onboard ke kapal

  5. Komunikasi dengan agen rencana kandidat crew untuk onboard
