Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Proposal Writing to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality proposals and managing the end-to-end RFP/RFI process. The ideal candidate has strong proposal writing, leadership, and project management experience, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Proposal Writing team.
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation and submission of RFPs and RFIs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and subject matter experts to gather proposal content.
- Review proposals to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle first-level escalations.
- Manage team workload, schedules, and performance.
- Prepare proposals in multiple formats, including documents, questionnaires, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 8 years of proposal writing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Candidates with end-to-end RFP management experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (once-a-week onsite after regularization), permanent night shift, and working during Philippine holidays.
