As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, service requests, and issue resolution through phone, email, or chat. You will ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, and general concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while providing accurate and effective solutions.
- Process account updates, service requests, and other customer transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior Highschool graduate
- Must be willing to work on a night shift
