Join our Telco Account team and provide excellent customer service support to customers through voice or messaging channels. You will assist with account inquiries, service concerns, billing issues, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K12 Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO experience or equivalent customer service experience in any industry
- Can accept applicants with no work experience, but with Customer Care Experience (CCE) is highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Salary Package
- Up to 21,000 PHP monthly
