Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections of premises to identify possible issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials to ensure timely availability.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders.
Requirements
