Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth of API 6A valve products (API 6D experience preferred) in Indonesia’s Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will leverage strong technical expertise, established industry networks, and proven sales skills to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy for API 6A valves and support API 6D products in Indonesia.

  • Build key accounts with EPCs, end users, and distributors.

  • Achieve revenue targets including sales, margins, and growth objectives.

  • Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and track competitors.

  • Collaborate internally with engineering, operations, and supply chain for seamless delivery.

  • Maintain CRM reporting with accurate forecasts and pipelines.

  • Represent company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Industry experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Oil & Gas sales in Indonesia (valves, piping, or industrial equipment).

  • Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of API 6A standards; API 6D experience is an advantage.

  • Sales success: Demonstrated track record in B2B industrial sales.

  • Soft skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

  • Mandatory requirement: Relevant Oil & Gas industry background is essential.
