The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing trade marketing activities within the assigned territory to ensure effective campaign execution, brand visibility, and sales performance. This role leads field teams, monitors operational compliance, supports customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and monitor the assigned team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure proper execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and merchandising standards.
- Conduct coaching, field visits, audits, and performance reviews to improve team productivity and compliance.
- Monitor customer acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives to ensure quality customer engagement.
- Oversee attendance, deployment, inventory, and proper utilization of promotional materials and company assets.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts, event activations, and partner initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational, sales, and campaign performance reports on time.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, merchants, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Experience in trade marketing, field operations, sales, or brand activation is an advantage.
- Experience in supervising field teams and managing promotional or merchandising activities is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular fieldwork.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
