Job Description :

  • Collect and recapitulate sales data from customers and check any discrepancies of gross price and margin vs. ETP; follow up with the operation team if there are any discrepancies

  • Prepare the invoice and its supporting documents to be delivered to customers

  • Provide the required data/documents for the financial audit or other audit

  • Follow up with the customer for payment based on the trading term; to maintain AR days (no more than 30 days’ limit)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university

  • Min. 1 year of working experience (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply) 

  • Familiar with Ms. Excel and SAP (or other ERP system)

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
