About the role
As the Finance Accountant at PT The Paralian Uluwatu', you will play a key role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in the beautiful location of Bali and will involve managing the company's financial accounting and reporting responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and statements, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Providing timely and accurate financial reports to management.
Conducting financial analyses, reconciliations, and financial forecasting to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Managing cash flow and preparing financial forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability.
Coordinating and managing bank loan applications, repayments, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business growth.
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting or a related field
Able to speak English fluently
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry
Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
