Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager in Pasig upto 100k
Oversees the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a primary goal of ensuring high order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manages warehouse operations and inventory, coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers and leads initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Promotes team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with at least 2-3 years in managerial or leadership position.
- Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and return systems and best practices.
- Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling operations (handling order volume growth and seasonal spikes).
- Expertise with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Marketplace Accounts, Anchanto Solutions, Magento) and order management system (OMS).
- Knowledgeable in using and implementing inventory and warehouse management systems.
