Key Responsibilities
- Support civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering for a brownfield gold plant expansion.
- Develop and review foundations, structural steel, earthworks, drainage, roads, and infrastructure designs.
- Assist FEED, Detailed Design, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Support site construction activities, RFIs, and technical issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years' experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial projects.
- Experience in structural, geotechnical, and foundation design.
- Familiar with FEED, detailed engineering, and construction support.
- Proficient in civil engineering software (STAAD, ETABS, PLAXIS, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Willing to work on-site in North Sulawesi.
