Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the execution of import documentation requirement for custom clearance
· Responsible for communication with vendor/consignee/partner
· Received quotation from customer service (freehand), sales & marketing department (freehand)
& vendor/carrier – if any
· Responsible for issuing draft pib
· Responsible for download/inputting data on system c1
· Responsible for checking pib and the status of the container/cargo
· Responsible e for checking cash advance for cost (if any)
· Responsible for input forecast expense and forecast income
· Responsible for issuing invoice for consignee/office /agent
· Responsible for update status to consignee
· Responsible to print the communication email and documents.
· Responsible for update status of the shipment in c1
· Responsible for sending invoice to accounting/appointed person in charge for invoicing
· Responsible for checking invoice vendor
· Responsible to give the complete file to the superior/ manager for checking purposed.
· Keep work area clean and organized
