- Strong sense of art and creativity in floral design
- Detail-oriented, neat, and organized
- Able to work quickly and under pressure (especially during high order volume)
- Good communication skills (especially when interacting with customers)
- Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
- Willing to work in shifts / weekends if required
Job Description:
- Create flower arrangements (bouquets, standing flowers, etc.) based on customer orders and company standards
- Ensure the quality, neatness, and aesthetic value of each arrangement
- Handle and maintain flowers to keep them fresh and in good condition
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable design recommendations
- Manage stock of flowers and supporting materials (wrapping, ribbons, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all orders are completed on time
