Requirements:
Candidates with prior experience as Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager (from premium residential, office, or retail/ mall properties) are highly suitable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions.
Familiar in handling fast-paced communications and working within a high-demand environment.
Basic understanding of fit-out works: civil renovation, finishing, space layout, and compliance with basic safety regulations and experience in coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with building standards.
Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).
