Our client is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Specialist to oversee the accounting, taxation, and financial compliance of its Philippine operations. This role requires a finance professional with strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, statutory compliance, and corporate accounting, who can effectively coordinate with local government agencies, financial institutions, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive financial and tax processing: responsible for the daily accounting and monthly tax declaration of local companies in the Philippines, follow up on annual review, tax declaration and other relevant legal work, and ensure the orderly development of financial and tax work.
2. Multi-entity financial management: responsible for the registration, cancellation, taxation and accounting entry of each entity of the company, and strictly control the financial compliance operation of each entity.
3. Documentation management: handle and review daily financial invoices and various documentation, assist the warehouse in obtaining compliance invoices, and complete the sorting, filing and storage of financial vouchers.
4. Fund account management: responsible for the management of local emergency funds and daily fund operation in the Philippines, review the payment process, and handle various account-related business with local banks.
5. External docking and compliance control: docking with local financial and taxation agents, tax bureaus and various government verification departments, implementing company documentation, full-process compliance management of financial and taxation, and avoiding compliance risks.
6. Daily reporting and others: Timely and accurate synchronization of work with headquarters finance, and completion of temporary financial work assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
1.Have 2-3 years of practical work experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
2. Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin Speaking), English and local languages of the Philippines, able to independently complete work communication and written docking.
3. Priority will be given to Minnan Chinese, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and suitable for local external docking work.
4. Familiar with local fiscal and taxation policies, company laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines, able to handle complex fiscal and taxation issues independently.
Bonus points: Candidates with financial work experience in the warehousing service industry are preferred.
