To support our expansion project in Mining Fixed Processing Plant/ Mineral Processing, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following position:


PROCESS MAINTENANCE – ELECTRICAL

  • Superintendent – Process Maintenance, Fixed Plant Electrical

  • Senior Engineer – Electrical, Process Plant

  • Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance, Flotation

  • Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance, Grinding Mill

  • Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance, Overland Conveyor and Primary Crusher

  • Supervisor – Process Electrical Maintenance, Pebble Crusher and Screen


What skills and experience do you need?

Superintendent/ Coordinator/ Engineer: Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (Power/Industrial/Electrical Systems); Supervisor: Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering; Trade Mechanic: Senior High School / Vocational School (Electrical Engineering or equivalent).


Superintendent: 10–12 years in electrical maintenance/ engineering, incl. 5 years senior supervisory/leadership or 3 years as Superintendent/Section Head.


Coordinator: Minimum 8–10 years in electrical maintenance/ engineering, Incl. 5 years in a supervisory role OR at least 2 years in a similar role as Senior Supervisor/Coordinator.


Supervisor: Minimum 8 years in electrical maintenance, Incl. 3-5 years in relevant supervisory role aligned to the applied area (Flotation / Grinding Mill / OLC & Primary Crusher / Pebble Crusher & Screen)


Have experiences within large Process Fixed Plant / Mineral Processing / Mining / Cement plant/ Oil & Gas/ Heavy Industry environments.


Must-have Skills (Core – applies across Superintendent/Senior Engineer/Engineer/Supervisor)

- Strong capability in electrical maintenance execution (PM/PdM/CM) and shutdown planning/control to minimize downtime.

- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for motors, transformers, MCC/switchgear, power distribution, VSD/VFD systems; able to conduct/validate RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Strong knowledge of power distribution and plant electrical assets: HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, breakers, transformers, motors and drives, protection & coordination systems.

- Strong HSE compliance: PTW/LOTO and governance requirements; Superintendent scope also enforces SOP/JSA/HIRADC and authority to stop unsafe work.

-Strong stakeholder coordination across Operations/Engineering/HSE and contractors/vendors; performance reporting and documentation discipline.


Must-have Skills (Role/Level-Specific)

Superintendent – Fixed Plant Electrical

- Proven experience with Siemens GMD, multi-brand VSD systems, Flotation, Filter Plant, and HV breakers up to 33 kV; manages critical spares/materials and endorses performance improvement recommendations.

- Skilled in using CMMS (SAP/Pronto/Maximo/equivalent) for planning, monitoring, and reporting maintenance activities.

Senior Engineer – Electrical

- Strong knowledge of power systems across 150 kV / 33 kV / 11 kV / 6.6 kV / 3.3 kV, protection/coordination, transformers, generators, grounding, UPS, LPS, harmonic filters, power flow simulations, GIS/AIS.

- Experience leading testing/inspection/commissioning (e.g., insulation resistance, winding resistance, TTR, secondary injection, VLF, DGA, BDV, contact resistance) and ensuring FAT/SAT acceptance.

- Familiar with standards (IEEE/IEC/ANSI/NEMA/NFPA/OSHA/ASTM and relevant Indonesian regulations) and change management; drives RCA and FMEA to optimize PM/PdM and spares strategy.

- Preferred exposure to ABB/Siemens GMD and advanced systems/software (e.g., Multilin GE, Siprotec, RET, Simocode; VSD brands; tools such as TIA Portal/Starter/Simotion Scout/Digsi 5/IBA Padu/800XA).



Must-have Skills (Area-Specific – Supervisors)

- Flotation: expertise in MV/LV distribution, MCC, VFD/soft starters, transformers and power panels for flotation circuits; electrical interface with PLC/DCS and supporting utilities (blowers, slurry pumps, reagent dosing, dewatering).

- Grinding Mill: expertise supporting electrical maintenance for grinding/milling area equipment; MV/LV systems, VFD, MCC; ability to read electrical drawings and s.line diagrams; perform troubleshooting and RCA.

- Overland Conveyor & Primary Crusher: strong industrial electrical expertise covering MV/LV, MCC, conveyor electrical systems, crusher electrical drives, VFD/soft starter, PLC/SCADA interface and electrical protection systems; manages backlog and schedule execution with cross-functional teams.

- Pebble Crusher & Screen: experience in electrical maintenance for milling/processing equipment including large motors, variable speed drives, control systems, UPS; supervises craftsmen, troubleshooting, and work order/cost review for improvements.


Must-have Skills (Trade – Electrician Process)

- Valid Electrical Work License or nationally recognized electrical certification; strong use of hand/power tools, test equipment/meters, calibrators; can follow technical instructions and basic electrical drawings.

- Experience in calibration, troubleshooting, basic rebuild /maintenance of switchgear, motors, and instrumentation devices; strong safety awareness and ability to work independently and in teams, with mentoring capability when required.


Good-to-have:

- Reliability tools and structured analysis such as RCM / FMEA, and strong equipment performance analytics to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.

- Commissioning documentation discipline (handover dossiers, method statements, QA/QC records) and coordination with EPC/vendors/commissioning teams (particularly Senior Engineer scope).

- CMMS proficiency (SAP / Pronto / Maximo or equivalent) for work orders, planning, monitoring, reporting, and documentation control.

- Ability to read/interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and s.line diagrams; strong reporting and computer literacy.

-Exposure to inspection and condition monitoring practices (e.g., analysis basics, equipment condition checks) and maintenance performance reporting.

-Experience managing contractors/vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance

- Required/Preferred (Coordinator/ Supervisor/ Sr. Engineer/ Engineer/ Electrician): Valid electrical work license/national certification (SKTTK Electrical; Professional Engineer; AK3 Listrik); High Voltage switching certification; Safety certifications such as Electrical Safety, LOTO, Working at Heights desirable.
