To support our expansion project in Mining Fixed Processing Plant/ Mineral Processing, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following position:

What skills and experience do you need?
Superintendent/ Coordinator/ Senior Engineer: Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering; Supervisor: Diploma (D3) qualification in Electrical Engineering; Trade Mechanic: Diploma (D3) or Senior High School / Vocational School (Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
Superintendent: 10–12 years in instrumentation maintenance/ engineering, incl. 5 years senior supervisory/leadership or 3 years as Superintendent/Section Head.
Coordinator: Minimum 8–10 years in instrumentation maintenance/ engineering, Incl. 5 years in a supervisory role OR at least 2 years in a similar role as Senior Supervisor/Coordinator in heavy industries; experience with large process fixed plant facilities is required.
Senior Engineer: Minimum 8–10 years in process control/automation in mining, mineral processing, oil & gas, or heavy industry, incl. 5 years in supervisory process control engineering roles or 3 years in a similar role as Senior Engineer – Process Control, with strong exposure to crushing, milling (SAG/Ball), flotation, pumping, conveyors.
Supervisor: Minimum 8 years in instrumentation maintenance, Incl. 3-5 years in relevant supervisory role aligned to Control & Instrumentation maintenance.
Engineer: 8 years in instrumentation maintenance/engineering; at least 5 years in relevant engineering roles aligned to the applied area; Engineer – PLC/DCS: hands-on experience in industrial automation/control systems within large process plants. Engineer – Industrial Applications: hands-on with large rotating equipment and mechanical process systems in Mining/ Mineral processing/heavy industry environments, cement plant, power plant, oil & gas processing facilities.
Trade – Instrumentation: Minimum 4 years in electric instrumentation maintenance;
Have experiences within large Process Fixed Plant / Mineral Processing / Mining / Cement plant/ Oil & Gas/ Heavy Industry environments.
Must-have Skills (Core – applies across Superintendent/Senior Engineer/Engineer/Supervisor)
- Strong execution mindset for reliability and availability of instrumentation/control systems, including effective troubleshooting and structured RCA/RCFA participation/leadership.
- Strong governance and safety compliance: HSE, PTW, and LOTO; documentation discipline and adherence to site standards.
- Strong stakeholder coordination with Operations, Maintenance (Mech/Elec), Engineering, Reliability, and vendors/contractors to minimize production interruptions and support shutdown work.
Must-have Skills (Role/Level-Specific)
Coordinator – Maintenance Instrumentation (Fixed Plant)
- Technical competence in industrial instrumentation systems, process measurement technologies, calibration/diagnostics, control valves & field devices, and support for DCS/PLC/SCADA related to instrumentation.
-Coordination of calibration and functional testing for pressure/flow/level/temperature instruments and reliability of transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and monitoring devices.
- Maintenance planning and execution via CMMS work orders; shutdown coordination with contractors/vendors.
Senior Engineer – Process Control
- Strong knowledge of PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider)**, DCS (ABB/Honeywell/Yokogawa/Emerson)**, and SCADA; system configuration, logic modifications, loop tuning, troubleshooting, documentation/backup and change management.
- Experience in PID tuning, APC (including model predictive control concepts), and applying data analytics/real-time monitoring to improve throughput, recovery, and energy efficiency.
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Modbus/Profibus/Ethernet/IP) and digital transformation initiatives.
Engineer – PLC/DCS
- Strong PLC programming and control systems capability (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider/ABB), DCS/SCADA systems, industrial networks/architecture, redundancy, cybersecurity, and MoC-controlled system modifications.
- Ability to analyze process control data and improve logic to stabilize operation; experience with loop tuning, VFD interface, and instrumentation integration.
- Strong documentation: logic diagrams, control narratives, loop diagrams, and system architecture drawings.
Supervisor – Maintenance PLC/DCS
- Supervision of PM/PdM/CM for PLC/DCS, monitoring controllers/I/O/network health, and leading troubleshooting for control system failures/process disturbances.
- Control logic/interlocks/alarm management, PID tuning and APC support; version control, backups, MoC validation, lifecycle management, patching, and cyber security standards.
- Integration with field instruments (flow/level/pressure/temp transmitters, control valves/actuators), comms systems, and SCADA/HMI; shutdown execution and FAT/SAT support.
- Compliance with functional safety expectations (SIL/ESD systems) and HSE governance (PTW/LOTO).
Supervisor – Process Maintenance, Control & Instrumentation
- Supervision of day-to-day C&I maintenance, including calibration/testing/modification/maintenance of process instrumentation and control loops; installation/modification of instruments, transducers, pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Leadership of troubleshooting and RCFA participation; workforce planning, training schedules, and compliance with Indonesian mining/HSE/environmental/quality systems.
- Review of work orders, equipment history, and costs to identify improvement opportunities and adoption of new technologies.
Electrician – Instrumentation
- Hands-on calibration and maintenance of pressure/flow/temperature/level transmitters, control valves, analyzers; troubleshooting loop issues and PLC/DCS-related problems; installation/testing/loop checking/commissioning support.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical manuals; maintain calibration and maintenance records in CMMS/SAP; strong PTW/LOTO/HSE discipline.
Engineer – Industrial Applications
- Knowledge of mineral processing plant equipment and reliability/maintenance engineering; familiarity with pumps, slurry transport, conveyors, crushing and grinding circuits; RCA/RCFA and condition monitoring support (e.g., vibration/lubrication/wear analysis).
- Strong technical reporting, engineering documentation, and CMMS-based asset management inputs (SAP PM/Maximo/equivalent); MS Excel for data analysis (as stated).
Good-to-have:
- Recognized credentials/training in automation, APC, data analytics, functional safety, or vendor certifications (PLC/DCS), depending on role.
- Reliability-oriented capability such as RCM inputs, structured analysis, and continuous improvement mindset (as stated across roles)
- Experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA platforms, industrial communication protocols (Modbus/Profibus/Ethernet/IP), and strong documentation/backup practices.
- CMMS / SAP for work orders, maintenance records, and reporting; computer literacy and reporting skills-Experience managing contractors/vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Certification / License:
--> Coordinator (Preferred): Instrumentation/control system certification, calibration certification, industrial automation training, and safety certification relevant to mining operations.
- Senior Engineer (Preferred): Certified Automation Professional (CAP), PLC/DCS vendor certifications, APC/Data Analytics training.
--> Engineer – PLC/DCS (Preferred): Certified Automation Professional (ISA), PLC programming certifications, electrical safety training.
--> Supervisor – Maintenance PLC/DCS (Preferred): PLC/DCS vendor certifications; Functional Safety certification (e.g., TÜV); HSE certifications (e.g., K3, Confined Space, LOTO).
