Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conducting psychological tests and assessments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to understand staffing needs.
Compile, post, and monitor job advertisements.
Reviewing job applications and candidate backgrounds.
Responsible for candidates during the recruitment process.
Doing coaching and counseling for new joiners during the probation period.
Doing company branding to increase public awareness.
