Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduates;
- At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers and internal departments.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up on orders effectively.
- Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday (halfday), Report to Office
Job Description:
- Handle all local procurement and purchase requisitions
- Negotiate with various local suppliers
- Coordinate with finance department on schedule of payment for all local purchases delivered
- Coordinate with warehouse?regarding?items/materials delivered
- Prepare monthly material status report
- File documents
- Report all?purchasing?issues / problems to immediate supervisor.
