Sebagai Implementation Engineer (Post Sales), Anda akan berperan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan teknis, instalasi, konfigurasi, implementasi, hingga memberikan technical support pasca implementasi agar solusi yang diterapkan berjalan optimal.


🎯 Tanggung Jawab:


  1. Melakukan analisis kebutuhan teknis bersama tim dan klien.
  2. Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, deployment, dan implementasi solusi IT.
  3. Memberikan technical support dan troubleshooting pasca implementasi.
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kualitas implementasi.
  5. Memberikan pelatihan teknis kepada pengguna apabila diperlukan.
  6. Menjalin hubungan teknis dengan klien guna memastikan layanan berjalan optimal.


✅ Kualifikasi:


  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Teknik Elektro, Sistem Informasi, atau jurusan terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Technical Support Engineer, System Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Post Sales Engineer, atau posisi serupa.
  3. Memahami salah satu atau beberapa area berikut:
    ✔ Network
    ✔ Server
    ✔ Cloud
    ✔ Infrastructure
    ✔ Managed Services
    ✔ Enterprise Software
  4. Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting dan problem solving yang baik.
  5. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan nyaman berinteraksi dengan klien.
  6. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
