What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting guests in a warm and professional manner
Handling all guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments
Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Handling complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures
Providing administrative support as required

Previous experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
