The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned territory by driving sales performance, supervising Bank Ambassadors, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The role also ensures proper asset management, kiosk functionality, timely reporting, and compliance with company and client standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of Bank Ambassadors to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Conduct coaching, training, work-withs, and performance evaluations to develop team capability and productivity.
- Coordinate with client representatives and store partners to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure all kiosks are operational, well-maintained, sanitized, and properly stocked with marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory, safekeeping, and distribution of company assets, POSM, and promotional materials.
- Support logistics, asset deployment, event activations, and execution of marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational, sales, and inventory reports on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and client service standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Experience in sales supervision, field operations, retail, or customer service, preferably in banking, retail, or FMCG is an advantage
- Experience in leading, coaching, and managing field personnel.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel frequently and conduct fieldwork within the assigned territory.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
