Project Manager Interior Design (80–100%).

My Home is looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team. This is more than just a job it is an opportunity to manage and bring to life inspiring spaces that combine functionality, timeless aesthetics, and comfortable living.

My Home is a Bali-based interior and spatial design studio with Swiss creative direction. We create bespoke interiors for international clients seeking spaces that are not only beautiful but also calming and restorative. Inspired by Bali tropical rhythm and guided by the principles of quiet luxury, we design spaces that are serene, elegant, and balaced.

If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy coordinating projects, and have a passion for design, we would love to hear from you.

What you bring to the table:

- 5 years of experience in project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, sourcing experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities

- Experience working with suppliers, contractors, or production teams is an advantage

- Bali-based candidates only

How does a working day look?

- Manage projects from planning through completion

- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to established objectives and

standards of quality

- Cooperate with international clients, suppliers, artisans, and contractors

- Work in a hybrid arrangement between the My Home studio in Ubud-Pejeng and other locations

- Mobility: self-driver is a must
