As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and strategic accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings to promote the company's products and services.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Management teams to support business development initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent relationship management.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
