WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Driver Scheduling & Dispatch
* Assign jobs to drivers daily
* Ensure smooth job allocation
Live Monitoring
* Track driver locations (GPS systems)
* Ensure punctual pickups & drop-offs
Driver & Customer Coordination
* Follow up with drivers on job status
* Handle customer requests & issues
Operations Support
* Report issues to Ops Manager
* Ensure service quality standards

* 100% Work From Home
* Shift-based (may include nights/weekends)
* Work with Singapore-based operations
* Must be responsive & available during shift
