About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Excellence to lead strategic process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional with strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience and a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
This role is based onsite in Ortigas and follows a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Business Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage high-impact projects focused on quality, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and process improvement teams.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
- Ensure best practices are embedded across business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.
- Extensive experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
