About the role
We are seeking an Daily Worker Contract for Cook to join our team at PT. SSP TAURUS GEMILANG INDONESIA' in Badung, Bali. What you'll be doing
Preparing a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines
Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
Maintaining a clean and organised work station
Monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs to management
Providing excellent customer service to guests by addressing any special dietary requirements or preferences
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Cook in the hospitality or tourism industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, recipes, and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Adaptability to work in a contract-based role
