PT. Solutec Daya Mandiri as Grouth Company and business line is Distributor High Quality Valve and Fitting with office location in South Bekasi looking highly motivated individual for :
Inside Sales Admin-CSD & Material Handling:
Responsible :
- Assist outside sales by preparing daily price quotes and handling customer orders
- Provide inside sales support and technical assistance to customers
- Arrange shipment document delivery order, forwarder, invoice order, online tax facture for customers.
- Coordination with warehouse staff to deliver the goods to customers
- Cooperation with sales engineer related about order and customers complain and request of Quotation.
- Understand about Tender Procedure
- Accuracy, Cooperated with Teamwork and responsible person
- Receive service requests, expedite orders, check status of orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer’s phone orders
- Partly handles the receipt of incoming goods and the arrangement of goods in the warehouse
Requirement :
- Min D3 from any dicipline (Engineering, Economic, Business is preferred)
- Min Experiences 3 year for handling customer administration or Support of sales
- Hard Worker, proactive and deadline fulfillment oriented
- Can Work with Under Pressure and Good communication
- Excellent Computer operates, specialist Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
