The Treasury Manager will oversee all treasury operations in Aice Group, managing liquidity, cross-border transactions, and financing activities. This role focuses on corporate treasury functions, including cash management, loan administration, and financial risk control, ensuring efficient fund utilization and compliance across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate treasury (non-banking) with regional exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional treasury strategy and oversee liquidity management across all Aice Group entities, ensuring optimal capital structure and efficient allocation of funds
Direct end-to-end cash visibility, including cash pooling, intercompany financing, and regional fund flows to support operational and expansion needs
Establish robust cash flow forecasting frameworks (short and long term) to enhance financial planning accuracy and decision-making
Oversee all banking operations, including multi-currency domestic and cross-border transactions, while ensuring regulatory compliance across Southeast Asia
Build and manage strategic relationships with regional and global banking partners, including negotiation of banking facilities, pricing, and service optimization
Lead the management of regional financing activities, including loan structuring, drawdowns, repayments, and compliance with covenants and reporting obligations
Define and execute foreign exchange and financial risk management strategies, including hedging, to mitigate exposure and protect business performance
Strengthen treasury governance by driving standardization, internal controls, compliance, reporting excellence, and implementation of treasury systems (TMS) across the region
Job Requirements
Fluent in English is a MUST (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate/in-house treasury, with at least 3–5 years in a regional (Southeast Asia) leadership role
Proven track record in managing regional liquidity, cross-border transactions, and multi-entity treasury operations
Strong experience in corporate financing, loan structuring, and banking negotiations
Deep understanding of FX risk management, hedging instruments, and multi-currency environments
Experience working in multinational companies, preferably within FMCG or similarly complex industries
Strong knowledge of regulatory environments across Southeast Asia
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across countries
Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and high level of integrity and control awareness
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
