We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Centre Administrator to join our team in Batam. The ideal candidate will help manage daily centre operations, handle administrative tasks, and support smooth coordination between students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the centre
Handle front desk duties and attend to walk-in enquiries
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email correspondence
Assist with student/customer registration and scheduling
Maintain filing, documentation, and reporting
Support invoicing, payment collection, and basic data entry
Coordinate with teachers/staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Support teachers when required
Prepare materials and assist with centre activities
Ensure the reception, classroom and common areas are neat and organised
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum high school / diploma / bachelor's degree (any field)
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
Administrative/customer service experience in education centres is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and able to interact with parents, students, and staff
Able to work independently
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (Indonesian required; English or Mandarin is a plus)
