What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and mobile applications.
Build scalable backend services, APIs, and databases.
Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.
Perform system enhancement, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
Recommend technology improvements and automation opportunities across the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Experience developing applications from planning to deployment.
Experience building business applications or internal systems is highly preferred.
Experience in Retail or F&B industry is a plus.
Technical Skills
Front-End
React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript
Back-End
Node.js (preferred), Laravel (PHP), ASP.NET Core, or Java Spring Boot
Database
MySQL or PostgreSQL
Database design and optimization
Others
REST API development
Git version control
Authentication (JWT/OAuth)
Basic cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Docker is a plus
Flutter or React Native is an advantage
