PT. Bhakti Idola Tama is a marketing and distribution company located in Indonesia that mainly trades with home appliance goods under the brand Miyako, Shimizu and Rinnai as their sole distributor to local wholesale partners as the primary target customers. We have many branches and warehouses spanning across Indonesia with over 20 locations and we are planning on further expansions in the future.
We are looking for a Marketing Staff who will take part in driving brand growth through strategic market analysis, creative content conceptualization, and promotional event execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Communications, etc.
Experienced in Brand Management, Product Marketing or Marketing Communication for at least 2 years.
Ability to perform basic stock forecasting and alignment with market demand.
Deep understanding of sales strategies across distribution, retail, and digital/e-commerce channels.
Proven ability to develop creative briefs/concepts for photoshoots, product videos, digital designs, and catalogs.
Experience in organizing promotional events or brand activation activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Job Description:
Conduct regular market research to monitor competitors' pricing, products, and promotional schemes.
Deeply master product specifications and unique selling points (USPs) to support marketing strategies.
Forecast monthly stock requirements to ensure product availability aligns with market demand.
Formulate effective sales strategies across distributor, retail, and digital platform channels.
Conceptualize visual promotional materials, including photoshoot requirements, digital designs, catalogs, and brand collateral.
Design creative concepts for engaging and informative product video materials.
Develop content strategies and editorial narratives to manage social media professionally.
Regularly monitor website functionality and ensure up-to-date data on the official website.
Plan and execute brand activation activities or promotional events to boost brand awareness.
