Job Description :
- Create and control daily, weekly, and monthly production planning.
- Monitor production progress to ensure targets and schedules are achieved.
- Control material availability for production needs.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and QA departments regarding production processes.
- Prepare production reports and analyze plan versus actual results.
- Ensure customer delivery targets are achieved on time.
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in PPC/manufacturing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in rope, textile, plastic, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data processing and reporting.
- Understand basic production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Must be able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
