Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
2. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Report.
3. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
4. Monitor and review supplier payments according to the approved schedule.
5. Manage inventory and fixed asset recording, reconciliation, and control (End of month stock opname)
6. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
7. Coordinate tax reporting and ensure timely submission of all tax obligations.
8. Coordinate with internal divison, tax consultants, and related parties when required.
9. Conduct regular audits of outlets and operational financial processes to ensure compliance with company procedures.
10. Supervise and support Finance and Accounting team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles (local and international standards).
5. Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports. 6. Familiarity with tax filings, compliance, and audits.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
