We’re looking for Operations Lead (F&B), someone who understands end-to-end F&B operations - from running day-to-day outlets to building systems, improving processes, and supporting expansion. Head office in West Jakarta, with outlets in Jabodetabek area. Below is the breakdown and the ideal criteria:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, operational systems, and best practices across all outlets.
Lead training, coaching, and onboarding programs to ensure consistent service and operational standards.
Drive operational improvements, process optimization, and standardization to support business growth.
Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, cost control, and waste reduction.
Monitor operational KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support new outlet openings, including operational setup, SOP implementation, and team readiness.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably managing multiple outlets, ideally someone who has experience building from 1-2 outlets to 10-20 outlets.
Proven experience in developing SOPs, operational systems, and training programs.
Experience scaling operations across multiple outlets is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills in forecasting, inventory, cost control, and operational performance.
Hands-on, proactive, and experienced in driving operational improvements through KPIs and audits.
Willing to travel across outlets and support pre-opening or weekend operations when required.
