Employment Type: Contract (Initial 3–6 Months, with potential extension)

Salary Range: IDR 6,500,000 – IDR 7,000,000 / month
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help position and grow our client's brand in the enterprise market. Unlike traditional roles focused purely on social media aesthetic or graphic design, this position is laser-focused on generating qualified B2B leads and strengthening digital presence across enterprise sectors, specifically targeting Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Café (HORECA), Healthcare (Hospitals), and Corporate clients.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of long sales cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and how to craft persuasive messaging that resonates with decision-makers (owners, procurement teams, and management).
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Strategy & Lead Generation
Developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies tailored to enterprise clients (HORECA, Healthcare, and Corporate).
Designing and managing end-to-end campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation rather than just generic brand awareness.
Utilizing channels like LinkedIn, email marketing, and targeted digital assets to reach and engage corporate decision-makers.
2. Copywriting & Content Marketing (AI-Powered)
Crafting persuasive marketing copy and educational content for various platforms (LinkedIn, website, email newsletters, and marketing collateral).
Maximizing productivity and content scaling by effectively integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into daily marketing workflows.
3. Campaign Visuals & Asset Creation
Producing decent, professional marketing assets and visual content using Canva and AI-driven design tools.
Maintaining a keen visual sense aligned with professional B2B corporate branding standards.
4. Website Content & SEO Maintenance
Managing and updating website content via WordPress Content Management System (CMS).
Implementing basic SEO principles to optimize web pages, improve organic visibility, and track performance.
5. Analytics & Ownership
Proactively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
Working independently with high initiative, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and taking full ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically within a B2B / Enterprise environment.
- Industry Background: (Highly Preferred) Experience in marketing products/services to HORECA, healthcare/hospitals, or corporate sectors.
- Core Skills: Strong copywriting, conceptual thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B buying behavior and longer sales cycles.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing platforms.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience in using AI tools for content generation and workflow automation to boost efficiency.
Soft Skills: Exceptional grit, high independence, proactive attitude, and capability to operate effectively without close supervision.
