Job Description – Operations / Sales Support
Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent Mandarin
Experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Sales Management is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain vehicle configuration data and documents.
Perform data entry and support quotation preparation.
Follow up on sales information and provide timely feedback.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to track project progress.
Prepare and archive sales contracts, maintain sales and procurement records, and assist with related business documents.
