Job Description – Operations / Sales Support

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluent Mandarin

  • Experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Sales Management is preferred.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain vehicle configuration data and documents.

  • Perform data entry and support quotation preparation.

  • Follow up on sales information and provide timely feedback.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to track project progress.

  • Prepare and archive sales contracts, maintain sales and procurement records, and assist with related business documents.
