IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibility:

• Provision IT equipment to users, provide basic understanding on IT Equipment usage (laptop, Office 365, etc.)

• Manage user reported incidents, troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues

• Collaborate closely with central teams (Security, Network, Servers, Email, etc.) on business as usual basis and compliance points (such as antivirus, central agent, etc.)

• Oversee other IT fixed assets operations, such as (managed printer services, conference room setup

• Prepare fortnightly IT reviews, user tickets, all IT Infra related activities

• Maintain accuracy on IT asset inventory, ensure proper assignment and visibility of IT asset possession

• Support IT Commercial on monthly stock adjustment (provide basis analysis and data reconciliation, working closely with IT BP Commercial team and Representative distributors)

Requirement:

• Minimum graduated from D3 or S1 with relevant major

• Understand basic IT infrastructure (troubleshooting laptop, PC, printers, conference room, video room), Office 365

• A fast learner and willing to learn

• Ability to speak and write in English

• Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industrial Kendal.
