Corporate Secretary & Corporate Communication Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of corporate governance practices in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate and prepare corporate meetings, including Board of Directors meetings, Board of Commissioners meetings, General Meetings of Shareholders, and other formal corporate agendas.
Prepare meeting materials, minutes of meetings, resolutions, corporate correspondence, and other official corporate documents.
Manage regulatory reporting, corporate disclosures, and communication with relevant authorities, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
Support the preparation of annual reports, sustainability reports, corporate presentations, public expose materials, and other corporate publications.
Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of corporate information to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the company, shareholders, regulators, media, investors, and other strategic stakeholders.
Manage corporate communication activities, including public relations, media relations, internal communication, branding, publications, and company events.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with media, government institutions, business partners, communities, and other external parties.
Monitor news, public sentiment, regulatory updates, and industry issues that may impact the company’s reputation and business interests.
Support crisis communication strategies and ensure proper communication handling during sensitive or critical situations.
Coordinate corporate social responsibility, sustainability communication, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Maintain corporate records, official documentation, and archives related to corporate governance and communication activities.
Ensure all corporate messages, publications, and external communications are aligned with the company’s values, business strategy, and reputation objectives.
Requirement :
Bachelor or Master degree of communication, public relation
Minimum of 5 experience as corporate communication preferably within the media or communication industry or multinational company
Strong project management skills,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in developing communication strategies across various channels.
Expertise in public relations, including crisis communication and reputation management.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative communication solutions.
